I qualified in 2007 with an MSc in Pre-registration Physiotherapy from Southampton University. I had previously completed a degree in Sport in the Community from Durham University in 2002. The years in between were spent chasing a career in professional cricket, which saw me represent predominantly Surrey, but also Essex and finally Hampshire at 2nd XI level before I decided on a career change, and shortly afterwards I began my Physiotherapy studies at Southampton. I continued to play cricket for several more years for Guildford Cricket Club, and more recently Cranleigh Cricket Club in the Surrey Championship Premier League.
Lauren went on to study for a Masters degree in Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University and qualified in 2012. During her time here, she completed a research project on breathing disorders and lower back pain and treated many patients with various complex conditions and medical histories.

I started my career as a Beauty Therapist back in 2004. Added Sports massage in a couple years later.
Did the salon and salon scene for a while eventually becoming Assistant/Spa Manager at a local spa.
Decided in February 2020 that I would become self employed and start my own Mobile Beauty business which has gone really well (apart from Covid and lockdown).
Out of all the massage that I do Sports/Deep tissue massage is the type I am best known and recommended for. I have clients that have followed me and stayed with me all over my career.
I started spinning about 10 years ago and loved it instantly. Trained as an instructor finally in 2019. I love teaching and encouraging people in classes and to see them progress and love it as much as I do.
