At Surrey Outdoor Fitness we believe staying active should be interesting, enjoyable and rich in variety.
It's this combination that keeps our members motivated and on track to succeed in their fitness objectives.
We also believe that, from time to time, everyone needs encouragement.
That's why we have a coaching team solely dedicated to the fitness experience of our members.
Our fitness boot camp style fitness sessions are for all abilities and we try to split the groups into Red, Green & Black meaning you will be with people of a similar fitness level. Beginners & Fitness Enthusiasts
The classes last for 45min and are broken down into a 5 - 10mins warm up, 35 mins of exercise with at least 1 water stop and 5-10mins cool down and stretch.
The classes involve circuits, relays and outdoor fitness type exercises using body weight and the multitude of fitness equipment we have including: Battle ropes, med balls, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells, dragging tyres, powerbags and more.
The emphasis is on working hard but to your ability - outdoor fitness will produce results and give you a buzz after you have completed workouts you didn't think you would or could do!
Cranleigh bootcamp with lots of banter, leaving you little time to think about how long you’ve been going for. Before you know it you’ll be cooling down, feeling tired but inspired and looking forward to the next session.
Not only is it in the great outdoors, With 3 Ability groups, you will train with likeminded individuals.
This class offers a powerful circuit training outdoor fitness experience. The session is typically delivered in a static location, with a wide range of exercises and mix of kit and equipment.
The class takes place for 45 minutes, you’ll achieve a full body workout and feel pumped for the day.
The benefits of low intensity training exercise are designed to help you lose weight. Meanwhile, you will also improve your health and wellbeing. Additionally, our classes are aimed at those aspiring a healthier lifestyle, the classes are a lower impact version of our signature fitness boot camp classes
Boxfit classes are just as fun and challenging as our normal sessions and provide variety to the sessions. These classes are non-contact and involve working in pairs with boxing gloves and focus pads. Great for unwinding and fat-loss and Epic fun!
We offer a free 7 day period of classes within 7 consecutive days.
Upon application, you will be required to submit your current health details and covid status,
after your trial period, you will be offered one of our Cranleigh bootcamp membership packages,
you are not obligated to join, your details will not be kept if you choose not to join in accordance with GDPR regulations.
