At Surrey Outdoor Fitness we believe staying active should be interesting, enjoyable and rich in variety. It's this combination that keeps our members motivated and on track to succeed in their fitness objectives.
We also believe that, from time to time, everyone needs encouragement. That's why we have a coaching team solely dedicated to the fitness experience of our members.
Our fitness boot camp style fitness sessions are for all abilities and we try to split the groups into Red, Green & White meaning you will be with people of a similar fitness level. Beginners & Fitness Enthusiasts
The classes last for 1 hour and are broken down into a 5-10 mins warm up, 40-50 mins of exercise with at least 1 water stop and 5-10 mins cool down and stretch.
The classes involve circuits, relays and general bootcamp type exercises using body weight and the multitude of fitness equipment we have including: Battle ropes, med balls, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells, dragging tyres, powerbags and more.
The emphasis is on working hard but to your ability - outdoor fitness will produce results and give you a buzz after you have completed workouts you didn't think you would or could do!
Our bootcamp style fitness sessions are for all abilities and we try to split the groups into Red, Green & Black,
meaning you will be with people of a similar fitness level.
One of the sessions/classes that you may have heard of in the industry is Crossfit. Well this is our version of it! In this class you will be dragging barrels, moving weights, lifting sandbags, swinging kettlebells. We are basically incorporating our circuits and Kettlebell sessions together!
These 45 mins High Intensity Interval Training Classes consist of a thorough warm up and a 30 mins main effort. The emphasis is on working hard with minimal rest. They are scaled to the different ability levels. The work phase will consist of multiple exercises to work the whole body. Epic if you are short on time! ALL
